Golf Lessons

Dallas Goldsmith, 39, was born and raised in Big Bear Lake and after a career that’s taken him around the country, he returned home in 2008 as the Golf Pro at Bear Mountain Golf Course. Dallas graduated from the PGA’s Golf Professional Training Program.

With over 17 years of teaching experience and having taught over 4,000 students, Dallas understands the importance of bringing passion and a practical approach to learning golf. His lessons, which focus on improving fundamental skills and learning proper technique, are aimed at bringing his students’ Dallas Lesson (30 of 30)abilities to the next level. Dallas’ students are excited and confident in their game and with that enthusiasm, build upon their techniques and develop their skills to further improve their game.

“As a kid, most sports came naturally to me but not golf – that’s what intrigued me,” said Dallas Goldsmith, Bear Mountain Golf Pro. “I enjoy sharing my passion for the sport with others and helping them to develop their skills.”

Clubhouse Grill

Clubhouse Grill

Open daily from 8 am to 3 pm, The Clubhouse Grill offers not only a great place for golfers to dine after their games, but it also attracts non-golfers to our resort because the food “is just that good”.

Burgers, salads, starters… all with a golf flare as menu items are named everything from “Divot’s” to “The Sand Trap” (however getting stuck in this “Sand Trap” will be a pleasant surprise of flavor and delight).  Be sure to book that tee time enough in advance to delegate some time over to delighting your taste buds.
